Cancellation Policy
I charge 40% cancellation fee for anyone that books an appointment and hasn’t cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment this goes for no-shows too! This also applies for anyone that is over 15 minutes late to their appointment and has failed to notify me.
Life is busy and things come up, i understand but please let me know ahead of time so we can reschedule or rearrange our plans!
